Nurse Manager of ED Job in Fresno 93650, California US
Interim Emergency Department Manager.and Directors We are seeking interim Emergency Department Directors and Managers who can hit the ground running and enjoy challenges.
In this key, highly visible leadership role the ED Director or Manager will need to; Assess and improve throughput Develop better customer service Lead the group through policy and procedural changes Improve physician relationsRecruit staffHousing and transportation cost provided by employer This is a great opportunity to live in different areas of USREQUIREMENTS A BSN is required, Masters preferred.
A strong ED clinical and skilled management background of at least 3 years experience is necessary.
Union and Joint Commission experience would be a plus.
