North America Credit Manager Job in Wood Dale 60191, Illinois US
This position is to provide leadership to the North American Credit and Collections team and help manage collecting the Accounts Receivable of $50 M portfolio of receivable at any time.
To continuously improve the NA DSO from its current level and ensure revenue goals and credit goals are balanced on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities include being a team leader and supervisor to the North American Credit team consisting of the collectors in Wood Dale, Illinois and the off-site team Zenstar in India.
Also, ensuring that the credit function supports internal controls as it relates to revenue recognition rules, credit controls, and order processing.
Competencies Required: -Proved track record in Credit and Collections in a large corporate environment with experience in managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts.
-Analyze data and identify risks and opportunity-Familiarity in Oracle or other large systems for AR, collections, order entry, and processing.
Hyperion for analysis and reporting.
-7-10 years of progressive Ar/Credit Collection experience in large business
