Network Administrator / Desktop Support Job in Holliston 01746, Massachusetts US
Network Administrator / Desktop Support Diamond Diagnostics, is a manufacturer and international supplier of clinical laboratory equipment and related components.
The company is based in Holliston, Massachusetts and services distributors in over 80 countries worldwide.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual to join our team.
Opening is immediate.
Objective To manage and maintain Company information systems, networks, website and reporting systems.
Responsibilities · Network Administration· Procure, Install, Maintain and Update all application and network software · Procure, Install, Maintain all hardware (servers, nodes, hubs, routers, etc) · Desktop Support (Operator and Specialist Level) · All Routine IS Activities (backups, synchronizations, virus maintenance, updates, etc) · Projects as assigned · Remote Support to international branches · Procure, Install, Maintain and Update Systems for Telephone, VOIP and related Qualifications · BS degree in Computer Sciences or Business Administration· Proficiency in Network Administration and Network software· Preferably Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Certification· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification is a plus· Proficiency in the use of all common Windows and Microsoft software programs · Proficiency in SBS2003, Windows XP, Windows NT, · Proficiency in PC and Server Hardware· Strong organizational and communication skills· Strong attention to detail and ability to focus· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team· Highly motivated and persistent This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged and have a direct impact to the company's growth and continued success.
