Need a Siebel CRM / ERP Analyst – Chicago, IL Job in Chicago 60601, Illinois US
One of our Direct Fortune 500 clients is looking for Siebel CRM / ERP Analyst to work out of their Chicago, IL location.
Title : Siebel CRM / ERP AnalystLocation : Chicago, ILDuration : 3 months + Position Description Responsible for configuring objects to support requested Business Functionality according to development standards.
Responsible for creating all required Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM) documentation including: requirements documentation; unit test cases; code and construction documents; code walkthrough documentation; load and performance testing; and user acceptance testing.
Responsible for resolution of application defects.
Maintaining and expanding current functionality.
Application Release Planning.
Requirements gathering/discovery.
Participate in Testing Teams for unit testing, system testing, and load and performance testing.
Skills Required Experience with implementing full system development life cycle Siebel projects.
Extensive knowledge of Siebel Call Center and Contact Management functionality.
Can gather and develop business and system requirements, use cases, and MS Visio process flows with limited or no supervision.
The ability to successfully facilitate discovery and JAD work sessions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and issue resolution skills are mandatory.
Candidate will be working in a highly diverse, fast-paced environment.
Some travel may be required.
Certification in Siebe
8. x and/or At least 3-5 years of Siebel Configuration experience is required.
