Navy Personnel Analyst (32161) Job in ARLINGTON

DescriptionWorks as a team member or an individual consultant analyzing complex data and operate various statistical models in order to provide advice and service to clients in areas of expertise.  May persuade clients to revise or modify policies, procedures, and programs.  Prepare and present technical data and briefings.  Duties will be performed at customer's site (Navy Annex, Arlington, VA).  Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Performs a variety of complicated tasks.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Required SkillsBS/BA in one of the following disciplines Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operational Research, Operational Analysis or related field. MS preferredRequired Experience2-4 years experience in work requiring statistical modeling and analysis.
