Naval Special Warfare Liaison Job in Suitland 20746, Maryland US
Conduct liaison with interagency, joint, inter-departmental DoD, and NSWC elements to understand future plans and missions, and communicate them to ONI's Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center.
Coordinate with interagency, joint, inter-departmental DoD, and NSWC / NECC elements and other NSW / NECC activities that may affect or be affected by areas and/or events of interest to ONI Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center.
Identify data shortfalls in interagency, joint, inter-departmental DoD, areas and/or events of interest and communicate them to ONI Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center.
Inform the Technical Point of Contact (POC), or designee, of upcoming interagency, joint, inter-departmental DoD, and NSW events and advise which ONI products and other information could be useful for the personnel involved in such events.
Recquirements: -Candidate must have a high level of understanding of Navy Special Warfare(NSW) operations, and should have NSW operations experience.
Must have a very high level of familiarity with NSW and Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) organizations, requirements, and operations.
Prior experience supporting clandestine, combat, and controlled operations.
-Candidate must possess expert knowledge of NSW and SOF doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); and Tactical Cryptologic and Intelligence Information Support (TC/IIS) organizations, functions, procedures, missions, and equipment.
Must have knowledge of the Defense Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution System (PPBES).
-Candidate must have knowledge of project/ program management procedures.
Must have the ability to plan and execute deployment orders for teams and individuals.
-Candidate will have knowledge sufficient to provide expert opinion, assessments, and thoughtful analyzes of products.
-Candidate will have analytical skills to develop, coordinate, and execute complex and integrated tasking and be able to communicate orally in order to present high-level briefings in both field and office settings.
-Candidate will coordinate with all levels of authority, senior and junior, and must be able to communicate effectively in writing sufficiency to produce comprehensive, structured reports, analyses, comparisons, and other documentation.
