For more information, please visit www.sdihealth.com Key Areas of Responsibility: Promote SDIs patient-level data services to an assigned group of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other healthcare related clients and prospects.
Generate proposals and secure contracts and agreements for on-going data services and other projects within assigned client listActively direct and fully participate in the business issue identification, research plan, report design, data analysis, interpretation and presentation of results for clients.
Maintain appropriate records, notes and contact information for assigned accounts and projectsActively participate in sales team meetings and perform other assignments as required Skills Required: Ability to understand, interpret, frame and direct clients business questions with the goal of providing an optimal solution via the SDI data setsAbility to conceptualize and design report outputs and viewsAbility to perform in-depth analysis of report outputs Ability to make formal and ad hoc presentations to assigned clients that demonstrate command of the subject matter from both therapeutic area and SDI data perspectivesHigh comfort level working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel applicationsDemonstrated success (5-7 years) in a senior sales position, preferably in a data intensive environment/product lineAnalytical experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a healthcare oriented setting, preferably in a market research, marketing, or sales operations role in a pharmaceutical manufacturer or with a supplier serving those clients Ideal Profile: An analytically obsessed sales professional who prefers end-to end continuity with respect to identifying a clients business issue all the way through providing a range of solutions that exceed client expectations and lead to additional consultative opportunities
