Analyze accuracy and latency aspects of on-going operations of our hosted dictation service.
Working with research operations staff, write shell, python, and Perl scripts to extract data from operational logs; produce detailed analyses of performance.

Analyze system performance, help scientists and developers understand latency bottlenecks and accuracy problems.
Document tools and analyses.
Statistical analysis at a Master's level.
Hands-on experience conducting statistical analysis of real data; preferably data collected and analyzed in real time.
Unix (Linux) python, PERL, statistical analysis toolsAvailability should be 20-40 hours a week.
