Mortgage Loan Processor Job in Chicago 60604, Illinois US
Mortgage Loan Processor 11-14354745 The Mortgage Loan Processor will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to performing, with minimal supervision, a wide range of administrative duties related to the processing of simple conventional residential mortgage loans from point of application to closing packages.
This position is located in Chicago and will report to the Vice President of Residential Mortgages.
Responsibilities: Verifies accuracy of loan documents received and creates/prepares file for submissionCoordinates assignment of loan files to underwritersReviews loan documents to assess appraisal requirements and orders as requested Requirements: Requires high school diploma or equivalent1 to 2 years residential mortgage loan processing experienceRequires strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formProven computer skillsLaser Pro software knowledge required For immediate consideration, please email your resume as a Word document to monster11 [at] jacksonwabash [dot] com !
