Bank of America is seeking professional and motivated candidates interested in the following opportunity: Mortgage Loan Officer to work on a builder dedicated account for KB Homes.
Interview customers, gather required documentation and sell buyers mortgage products that best fit their needs.
Functions as an origination source for incremental Builder business for the Branch.
Primary responsibility is representing the Company in the local community for a targeted Builder by developing relationships with, and extracting referral business from this account.
Participates with the Branch Manager in identifying target accounts for active business development efforts.
With a focus on inside sales, the incumbent is expected to follow up on targeted accounts at the local level within defined builder community(ies), to promote products and services.
The incumbent is expected to work with the Branch Manager to implement a business development strategy to motivate Builder's sales force to refer their buyers/borrowers.The MLO-builder is also responsible for advising customers on suitable loan programs, providing price quotes, performing thorough pre-approvals or pre-qualifications, supplying fulfillment materials, as applicable and appropriate.
The incumbent also accepts and originates complete and accurate loan applications, obtains pertinent credit documentation and analyzes credit worthiness up-front.
