Mortgage/Banking Positions Available Job in FORT WORTH 76111, Texas US
Research to identify and resolve misapplied funds, encoding errors, partial payments and payment hierarchy posting within time sensitive guidelines.
Ensure all exception issues, including misapplied funds, encoding errors, partial payments and payment hierarchy posting are processed in a timely manner.
Ensure bank items are resolved prior to being categorized as delinquent.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Track incoming exception items.
Itemize by category and volume, indicating the number of issues resolved.
Working hours: M-F 7:30pm-4:30pmmortgage banking experience preferred; type 45-50 wpm; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ten key; computer skills microsoft office (outlook/word/excell,access); mutli task oriented; analytical; must be organized; excellent follow up skills are required; AS400 experience; must be able to read and interpret letters and numbers correctly.
