Mid-Level Tester/ Validation for Sales Force CRM Job in Plainsboro 08536, New Jersey US
Project Description: Take direction from Director and/or Project Leads and participate in Client Review testing of the Sales Force Automation software/hardware.
Write the business cases (test scripts) that will be applied in the actual testing by utilizing the following resources: written business requirements, interactions with the business organization or business client.
Document results, track and investigate issues, and assist in the creation of all required testing documentation, specifically Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Summary Reports.
Work with other members of the SFA team to ensure that a quality product is deployed.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Complete all required pre & post-testing documentation in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods that meet compliance and systems validation requirements surrounding the testing of new Pharmaceutical Sales Force Automation hardware upgrades or new software releases.
Major Skills Required: Demonstrated exceptional process flow knowledge of sales force Customer Relationship Management Software Applications and Operations required.
Superior computer software skills and technical understanding of these systems needed.
Understanding of business requirements/user acceptance testing process to ensure integration of project milestones, dependencies, and change management in an effort to meet project deadlines required.
At least five years of application functionality user acceptance testing experience (ie front-end application testing) in a controlled testing environment that replicates how the end user would use the software.
Proficiency in technical writing of computer system validation documents and testing in order to create reproducible test results and fully document software defects needed.
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Systems Development Life Cycle, Good Documentation Practices, Good Testing Practices, and pharmaceutical industry is required.
Proven experience with creation and implementation of user acceptance testing strategies designed to streamline testing efforts and enhance testing quality.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have strong analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented, a self-starter, and a team player.
Must have the ability to produce quality work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously needed.
Must be able to adapt to constant changing business needs.
Timely and effective communication with team members and stakeholders on project status required.

This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
