Micro Market Segment Lead (IN and KY Medicare Advantage) - 42536 - Job in Multiple locations

*** This position will manage the P&L for the Medicare Advantage business in Indiana & Kentucky.
*** Responsible for delivering annual membership growth and operating gain goals for a given region/product line for Senior Individual Medical Business by maximize strategies, growth opportunities and profit in targeted growth markets.
Growth markets will be identified through the annual planning process and individual's maybe deployed to new products/regions on an annual basis.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Partners with the cost of care teams to deliver contract and utilization goals, sales and marketing membership growth, actuary to set pricing and operations to deliver customer experience.
This position is responsible for the P&L for the assigned region/product line.
This position will be required to matrix with all Senior business partners and corporate business partners to deliver their growth goals with the ability to align resources to deliver the greatest return for assigned region/product.
Must be able to clearly articulate business goals and road map for success to align cross functional work groups for delivery.
Must be able to work well with others and find creative ways to communicate and motivate teams to deliver needed work.
Troubleshooting all issues and initiatives that could impede growth and budget management for assigned growth area activities.
Requires a BA in a related field; 10 to 15 years of experience in health care management or marketing of products and services like packaged goods; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
MBA preferred.
Previous P&L experience in health care setting preferred.
Ability to travel is required.
