Manages all aspects of providing customer-engineering services.
This includes emergency repair and ongoing maintenance of production equipment.
Maintains inventory control and research alternative vendors for parts sourcing.
Develops and manages departmental expenses.
Develop, refine and implement policies and tracking systems.
Project management.
Research and develop objectives/strategies for existing and proposed equipment.
Bachelors Degree and five years experience required.
Ideal skills include: Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
High degree of initiative and self-motivation, and strong problem skills.
Ability to work independent of direct supervision.
