Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant Job in Silver Spring, Maryland US
Job Responsibilities: Work in a team environment producing acquisition due diligence and business development studies for private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Consultants specialize in gathering primary-source information via telephone interviews with executives and industry experts, as well as secondary-source information from a variety of sources.
Consultants write reports and analyze a business or market in order to make recommendations to Clients regarding executive decision making and acquisitions.
Other responsibilities include study management, client coordination, and business development.
Ideal candidates want to learn about what makes companies successful and the dynamics of the business world in a hands-on environment.
We are seeking experienced and talented individuals who want to advance rapidly and help grow the firm.
Candidates must be driven and demonstrate initiative Job qualifications: Will consider candidates with 2 to 6 years relevant experience.
MBA is beneficial, but not required.
