Mentor to CSM Afghan Border Patrol Job in Kabul
The Contractor shall work directly with the Command Sergeant Major of Afghan Border Police in all aspects of enlisted police officers duties and responsibilities, quality of life, professional education and development.
Contractor will be responsible for mentoring the CSM in multiple areas, as well as tracking and reporting progress along several metrics.
Mentoring will be conducted in the areas of CSM Academy POI, Training Plans & Schedules, NCO Career Path Management System, NCO Schools Utilization, as well as other identified areas.
Experience: - Minimum of 12 years relevant law enforcement or directly relevant military experience- Previous experience in ABP training & mentorship programs or similar international experience preferred- Experience in law enforcement training methods and management or comparable experience in a senior military training positionAbility: - Ability to interact with and influence senior level law enforcement or military officials - Ability to prioritize resources and schedules in a dynamic environment to ensure the meeting of specific growth metricsSkills: - Excellent communications and organizational skillsEducation: - Bachelors degree preferred
