Member Services Specialist Job in 55060

SCHA is currently offering the following career openings based in our Owatonna, MN office.
Member Services Specialist: Responsible for: providing accurate information including, but not limited to, products, benefits, eligibility, and claims resolution on the telephone, and in writing; Documenting all calls and providing follow-up as needed; Routinely communicating with SCHA members, Third Party Administrators, County staff and SCHA staff.
High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years customer service experience required.
Must be available to work limited evenings and weekends.
Salary range starts at $12.77/hr. SCHA offers a full range of comprehensive benefits.
