Since we conduct training at our Client's location, the position can be based anywhere in the Eastern United States.
Summary of Position: As a Training Specialist, you will be a key member of the Client Services Team with the core responsibility of delivering training on SourceMedical applications to the customer.
As an individual contributor in this role, you will be directly responsible for coordinating all activities of the training project plan.
To meet your objectives, you will work side by side with our valued customers to train and coach on how they can improve the quality of healthcare delivery through Source Medical technology solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for teaching industry professionals in both group and one-on-one settings, as well the ability to make real-time adjustments to the training plan as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develops an effective training plan for each client.
This is measured by the ability to interact with the client in order to meet their unique needs and drive customer satisfaction.
2. Actively manages multiple training project plans simultaneously and efficiently adjusts to real time changes.
This is measured by the ability to coordinate efforts with peer groups and adhere to overall implementation cycle time.
3. Manages expectations of clients, sales team, and internal customers via personal communication and weekly project status reporting.
4. Delivers customer on-site and remote training classes for groups of clinicians and office management staff.
This is measured by successful completion of training objectives, proper post-trip reporting, and customer survey results.
5. Keeps current with adult education methodology as well as Source Medical's latest product lines.
This is measured by ability to incorporate latest educational tools and product knowledge to enhance instruction to clients.
6. Regularly performs additional assignments outside core training responsibilities.
This is measured by completion of tasks related to delivering internal training, curriculum development and the creation of educational support materials.
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education/Qualifications: --BA/BS degree, or equivalent education and experience, plus 2-3 years experience in adult education.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
--General computer skills and experience with business software applications including Microsoft Office suite.
--Effective interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels.
--Excellent organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
--Superior customer service orientation.
