Medical Sales Support - Elk Grove Village, IL Job in Elk Grove Village, Illinois US
Job Description Airgas, Inc., North America's largest distributor of industrial, specialty and medical gases and related equipment and safety products is seeking candidates for our Medical Sales Support Specialist position at our Elk Grove Village, Illinois location.The qualified candidate will possess the following attributes: general product knowledge of the medical gas industry, self motivation, time management and organizational skills, sales aptitude, solid computer skills and a sales career focus.
The qualified candidate should have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems while utilizing resources where needed.
This position will include making cold calls to new and pre-existing customers, setting up new accounts, resolving order and payment issues, maintaining pricing and contract data, increasing prices, performing customer cylinder audits, and preparing quotes and contracts.
Qualified candidates will possess preferably a college diploma, but must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Experience in customer service and with group purchasing organizations is preferred but not required.
