The candidate will be responsible for hiring and training new employees, supervising the administrative staff, organizing monthly staff meetings, handling high-profile patient relations, monitoring and maintaining charts, collection of fees, and making sure the office is functioning in a smooth and efficient manner.
This position requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be a multitasker, free to make a commitment to the practice as the surgeon is extremely busy and requires the candidate to assume many roles.
Individual should have some experience with electronic billings, have knowledge of SRS and Nextech.
This individual will also act as personal assistant to the surgeon and be responsible for keeping his calendar, coordinate conferences, lectures, and meetings, dealing with his non-profit organization, and handling some family matters.
Candidate must be discrete and able to keep personal matters confidential.
This individual should show attention to details well as the ability to grasp the total picture.
The candidate should be intelligent, creative, have the ability to give feedback and improve the practice.
