Hologic provides a comprehensive suite of technologies with products for mammography and breast biopsy, radiation treatment for early-stage breast cancer, cervical cancer screening, and treatment for menorrhagia, osteoporosis assessment, preterm birth risk assessment, and mini C-arm for extremity imaging.The role of the Medical Affairs Coordinator will support both the GYN Surgical and Diagnostic products.
This includes interface with customers, sales, marketing, regulatory and clinical.
Interact with healthcare practitioners regarding medical issues and technical questions.
Design executes and track clinical studies as well as research analyze and present clinical data.
Focus on resolving issues using medical and clinical product knowledge.
Assist various staff members on projects as required.

· Experience in clinical study design and analysis in a hospital, pharmaceutical/biotech/device company· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with health care practitioners, sales organization, and other internal functional groups · Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence decisions through clinical knowledge and market insight· Proven organizational skills and ability to work under strict timelines· Strict attention to detail· Ability to work in a regulated environment Education · Bachelor's Degree; BSN or RN a plus Experience · 5+ years in health related field (medical device regulatory experience, clinical experience, medical sales, medical marketing, nursing) Additional Details · Position requires out of town travel for about 30% of the timeAgency and Third Party Recruiter Notice: Agencies that submit a resume to Hologic must have a current executed Hologic Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resource Department.
