Our expertise includes Office, Transportation, Commercial and Industrial projects.
We are currently seeking an Industrial/Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator for our Industrial Process Division.
This individual will posses heavy Industrial Process Construction Project Management and Estimating experience.
Employee will be based in Dallas and manage projects in and around the Metroplex as well as Nationwide.

COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
You must possess the following: 5-10 years experience in Industrial Construction Estimating and Project Management on process type projects and facilities.
Must have a thorough understanding of the mechanical process side of industrial construction.
Mechanical or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
BIM modeling for industrial process facilities experience preferred.
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
Clear understanding of construction means and methods for industrial mechanical/process construction.
Strong customer relationship experience, communication skills & leadership ability.
Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and/or Suretrak and other construction related software.
