Master's Level Clinicians Job in Norwood, Massachusetts US
Job Summary Exciting opportunity to join an innovative Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Program that provides comprehensive services to adults with mental illnesses who are living in the community.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will lead person-centered assessment and service planning with assigned individuals.
As a Rehabilitation Advocate you will provide care coordination through development of a collaborative relationship with the person served, and connections with family, other providers and community supports that are important to the person.
Along with other members of the team, you will provide rehabilitation interventions, advocacy, and linkage with other services and the community.
Services are designed to be flexible and to promote resiliency and recovery for all participants.
Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth.
Orientation, free CEU training opportunities and supervision for licensure provided.

Opportunities available in Norwood and Wakefield, MA. Qualifications Advanced degree in clinical discipline required; licensed preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment, in community setting required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required.
Must be able to provide 24-hour on-call coverage in a rotation with other staff.
