We are seeking a Master File Coordinator to join our team in Mount Olive, NJ!Summary: Gather, review for accuracy, and enter data into the M3 pricing and customer master files by performing the following duties.
Job Duties: · Maintains received data and source documents.
· Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
· Contacts prepares of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
· Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
· Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
· Makes necessary corrections to information entered.
· Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
· Keeps record of work completed.
· Reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer.
· Files or routes source documents after entry.
· Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.
Skills: · Personal computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite and Order Processing systemsIdentifies problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully Manages difficult or emotional customer situations Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Education & Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED), Associates degree preferred Minimum six months to one year related experience EOE M/F/D/V
