Marketing and Communications Specialist Job in Islandia, New York US

com, Marketing and Communications Specialist We are working with our client in locating a Marketing and Communications Specialist.
To assist with the following responsibilities: · Responsible for facilitating the automation of marketing activities through Aprimo for all live event and e-campaigns to field marketing teams, including launches for all business units, cross brand and vertical campaigns.
This includes: · Development of live event registration, landing pages and other Aprimo live event campaign activities, including use of necessary assets for campaign build process· Processing of list pulls required to execute HTML e-mail blastseCampaign development of webcast posting, whitepaper posting, lead generation, nurturing, transactional, and other ecampaigns activities.
· Collaboration with webcast generation as part of the e-campaign process.
· Collaboration with marketing database, operations, web team and team members for segmentations, list pulls, reporting, and web infrastructure integration and Aprimo application and integration issues · Primary collaboration with: · Marketing - working with and collaborating with field marketing team, who will ensure all campaign assets and Aprimo campaign forms are completed with all required assets and completed information.
· Field Marketing: Global Integrated Marketing Team - communication with and collaboration in planning and handoffs of global plans to regional field marketing teams.
· Field Marketing Operations - ensuring smooth integration of MPE processes and handoff of information between other field marketing based campaign systems, including MPE, Marketing Database, SAP, and SFDC.
Required Skills: · 3+ years marketing and communications experience· Knowledge of and experience with Aprimo Enterprise Studio, including understanding of interactions, segmentations, and reporting within the application.
