Marketing Solutions Program Activator Job in New York 10019, New York US
Responsibilities / Job Description · The Katz Marketing Solutions Program Activation Coordinator supports Marketing Directors and Sales A.
Es in implementing and executing radio promotional programs.
· Hands-on management of national promotional programs.
This involves retail, trade and consumer directed programs.
· Organize/track station participation for each promotional program, including generation of station contact sheets, executive summaries, written requests for proposals, station proposal forms and promotional approval forms.
· Serve as liaison between Client radio stations, agencies/advertisers and Katz sales and marketing teams to provide status updates and ensure compliance and timely delivery with execution of promotional programs· Monitor ongoing radio station promotions and prepare wrap-ups of events (event marketing, sweepstakes, on-air promotions)· Heavy phone contact with radio station clients, advertising agencies and Katz personnel.
· Handle distribution of premiums, promotional materials and prizing elements as required by programs.
· As workload allows, active participation in brainstorming and creative idea generating sessions to assist in the development of promotional programs Specifications · Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
Ability to interact with clients and Katz employees at all levels· Well organized and able to juggle multiple projects with stringent deadlines· Good time management skills and ability to self-motivate a must · 3-5 years prior experience in promotion/marketing, advertising agency and/or broadcast media a must (preferably radio)· Proactive thinking and ability to offer up creative problem-solving ideas· Willingness and desire to learn in order to progress within the team· Must be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook· Very detailed, intricate contact managementPlease send salary requirements and resume to *** jobs [at] katz-media [dot] com ***
