Marketing Production Coor Job in Taunton 02718, Massachusetts US
This newly created position joins our Marketing team to coordinate all aspects of Jordan's marketing production including trafficking and production of projects which may include direct mailing, print, radio and television advertising and customer events.
Responsbilities include:
Coordinates all aspects of marketing including the preparation of market advertisements, brochures and promotional materials from initial vendor selection through finished marketing materials (all broadcast as well as print) created by the organization.
Acts as liaison with outside vendors to obtain estimates, quotes, pricing, and ensure timely flow of projects.
Researches, compares, and selects suppliers of marketing production services including video production and printing.
Oversees the marketing production process from start to finish for multiple projects across multiple media and establishes timelines for successful completion of all jobs.
Acts as project manager to ensure that all parties are adhering to production schedules to meet deadlines.
Proofs all draft changes, distribute to appropriate internal depts.
and outside vendors and insure all approvals are complete Works with Merchandise teams to coordinate product samples, initiates deliveries to locations for both still and video production, etc. Creates & tracks all necessary paperwork from initial POs and ISTs through approval of all invoicing.
Manages production budget.
Distributes samples of all marketing collateral to company locations.
Maintains inventory of materials for internal and external fulfillment centers.
Maintains all vendor information via computerized and physical files.
Provides administrative support to marketing / advertising team.
Requirements: The successful candidate must have: 3 - 5+ years of experience in a fast paced retail environment in a marketing function Strong negotiation and project management skills Strong Attention to detail Familiarity with the concepts, practices, and procedures for print material publishing Excellent computer skills including MS Office Ability to meet and adhere to tight deadlines Strong multi-tasking and ability to handle a continuous changing workload.
Requires strong communication skills both verbal and written.
