· Job Descriptiono HSNO is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in professional service firm marketing.
This person will be responsible for developing and executing our firms marketing strategy and developing an overall marketing budget.
This position can be based anywhere that we have an office in the USA.· Primary Functionso Overseeing marketing interns/administratorso Compiling information for and publishing HSNOs quarterly newsletterso Identifying firm-wide cross marketing opportunities o Increasing firm-wide sales and increasing product offeringso Organizing trade shows/ coordinating conferenceso Event planningo Tracking/charting new sales & product developmento Implementing firm marketing SWOT plano Ad copying and publicationso Keeping track of office by office sales statistics by customer, product lines & saleso Handling press releases and new product announcements· Qualificationso College degree in marketingo Experience dealing with a professional service organizationo Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Officeo Good writing skillso Good oral communication skillso Good organizational skills· Pay commensurate with experience levelDirect candidates only
