Marketing Coordinator Job in Rockville 20852, Maryland US
Dynamic builder in the DC metro area is seeking an energetic marketing coordinator to generate new business with high-level contacts often through face-to-face and client visits, while embracing existing relationships for additional innovative opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who has been in the industry to excel and be part of a pulsating company.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, architecture or construction business).
Sales/marketing experience in the federal construction industry is mandatory.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written form to employees, management, executives, and clients.
Excellent phone etiquette, speaking voice and professional appearance.
Ability to effectively prioritize assignments to meet long-term and short-term deadline.The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing new business.
