Your Duties: Role Synopsis: The primary function of the Marketing Analyst role is to define the Simrit opportunity within core market segments, develop segment specific strategies and deliver an action plan to realize profitable growth.
The role will be focused on the development of the Simrit business in the Americas (North and South America) and will be interacting with the global Simrit organization.
Key Accountabilities: Execute the Simrit Americas growth strategy and support the Marketing Director and the Simrit Americas sales efforts by analyzing market data and developing go-to-market strategies in key segments.
Coordinate with Segment Marketing colleagues within Simrit Global to develop the Segment Overview, Sales Guide and Target Application Campaign content.
Liaise with product divisions and market communications to ensure the product strategies and market messages are aligned with the sales objectives.
Generate and maintain a solid and reliable process to monitor and communicate competitive activity.
Communicate frequently with the Marketing Director.
Our Requirements: Essential Qualifications: BS or BA degree from an accredited university.
A technical background is preferred.
Three to five years experience in an industrial-based business, preferably a supplier to an Industrial OEM. Desirable criteria: The successful candidate will be a high energy, self-directed individual with analytical and interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate complex concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills are a must.
The work is wide and varied; therefore, open thinking and an ability to adapt quickly to new, potentially unstructured situations is essential.
In this role, the individual has access to a wide range of strategic, confidential and commercially sensitive information and will be required to apply sound judgment on a frequent basis.
