The position of Overseas Marketing and Communications Coordinator based in our corporate headquarters in Sacramento, California will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver intelligent solutions to ensure quality project delivery for our International Operations within the United Arab of Emirates.

As a Vanir employee you will be a vital member responsible for writing, translating, communicating, and interpreting information for proposals, presentations, SOQ’s, content, and contract review.
As an integrated member of the marketing department, this individual will work collaboratively with the business development and marketing team as well as other key members of the organization to bring viable solutions to internal and external clients through the creation of marketing material and communications.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates must have at least 3+ years experience in technical writing, marketing, public relations, and business development.
Write and speak clearly in both Arabic and English.
Must be able to translate and interpret technical and general material (proposals, contracts, and SOQ’s) from both Arabic and English.
Ability to maintain integrity and meaning between Arabic / English materials.
Possess a strong sensitivity to sociolinguistic and cultural references as well as, being an educated native listener and speaker.
Ability to tailor language and writing content to fit an audience by providing comments, corrections, and recommendations for translated material is necessary.
Architecture / Engineering / Construction (A / E / C) Industry experience desired.
Excellent writing, copywriting, proofreading, publishing, and editing skills is required.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
