Manufacturing Tech - Buffer Prep Job in Santa Monica 90408, California US
Summary: Perform a variety of clinical manufacturing activities, including buffer preparation, equipment preparation, autoclaving, and equipment cleaning.
Operations are predominately performed in a clean room and are conducted under GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities: - Complete assigned tasks which include buffer preparation, equipment preparation, autoclaving, and equipment cleaning.
- Accurately record process documentation- Troubleshoot equipment or issues as required- Assisting in production support equipment and documentation problems - Develop, review and/or revise processing records and SOPs to support manufacturing operations- Compliance to safety requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturing documentation- Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: - High school diploma- 1-2 years relevant industrial experience in the manufacture or development of FDA regulated Biological Products.
Clinical or commercial manufacturing experience preferred.
- Broad based technical knowledge with manufacturing equipment (ie autoclave, parts washer, buffer prep equipment, pH meter).
- Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task.
