Manufacturing Process Engineer Job in Greencastle 46135, Indiana US
The right candidate for this position will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with injection molding experience and knowledge.
Will be responsible for updating all PIC molding set up sheets, Perform cycle verifications audit within the molding department to ensure consistency of processes.
Perform audit evaluation process using the rotation schedule to encompass all molding process and machines.
Lead in the implementation of RJG technology, training and auditing.
Lead launch team in new process development activities including design feasibility.
Represent the plant at customer meetings, vendor meetings and launch activities.
Lead & participate in continuous improvement activities, decoupled molding technology.
Participate in VA/VE activities.
Assist tooling engineer in cost estimating for engineering changes.
Conduct training of molding technicians for new molding processes for new program plat forms at customer facility.
Ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, responsible and have experience and knowledge of injection molding.
Have Process Engineering experience.
Associate degree in Plastics Technology and minimum 5 years experience in injection molding.
Plastics Technology, Injection Molding, Associates degree in Plastics Technology.
