Manufacturing Engineer Job in East Moline 61244, Illinois US
Manufacturing Engineer Description: Are you and experienced Manufacturing Engineer? Are looking for some exciting work? If so you may be who we are searching for. Volt is searching for 6 Manufacturing Engineers to support 2nd shift production conduct process audits, train to establish methods, and to support the overall processes and equipment effectiveness.
Responsibilities include: * New Product Support *Project work in support of Quality, Cost, Safety and Delivery.
* Accurately maintain labor standards and support Continuous Improvement Production Process teams.
* Maintain relationships with UAW and other support staff.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/knowledge: *Degree in Engineering related field or equivalent years of experience.
*Experience in manufacturing setting; preferably with heavy equipment.
*Experience working with union workers.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Beneficial if knowledgeable with SAP or other MRP systems.
