Manufacturing EngineerSemiconductorCentral NJ LocationOur client, a leading provider of process equipment solutions for the data storage, semiconductor and compound semiconductor/wireless industries has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in their Edison NJ facility.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the person selected for this position will identify and execute solutions for improvements in productivity, safety, quality and cost while preparing and maintaining documentation of existing and modified manufacturing processes.
The Manufacturing Engineer also ensures that new products are manufactured efficiently and that existing product lines are maintained at specified levels.
Your tasks will include transitioning new products into production and process development; supplier development and classification; executing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) accurately, timely and cost effectively and supporting outsourced processes.
Qualified candidates will possess a BS in Engineering or related discipline and have a minimum five years experience in product manufacturing.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively, be adept at the use of computers, software applications and technology tools, have a strong ability for reading technical documents, schematics, mechanical drawings, etc. If you meet the above requirements and are a big picture thinker with the vision to develop and implement strategic initiatives, we want to talk to you.
