QUALITY ENGINEER Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering or Mgmt or another Engineering discipline Advanced degree (a plus) ASQ, CQE Certifications 7 yrs. + Experience in a Quality Leadership Role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong preference for Six Sigma Black Belt; Six Sigma Green Belt acceptable with significant progress TO Black Belt Certified ISO Lead Auditor a plus Experience developing process control plans Ability to develop and manage a plant wide quality system Experience applying Root Cause problem solving methods Capability to analyze data using valid statistical techniques and design experiments Accomplished Problem Solver using discipline and proven methodologies to analyze systems and manufacturing processes for standardization, compliance, process improvement and waste reduction Demonstrated team leadership in coordinating multiple projects with multi-disciplined teams to deliver potential improvement methods in an efficient and validated manner Experience developing, establishing and writing clear, concise procedures and standards that provide consistency in products and processes and are in compliance with ISO 9001-2008.
