Managing Residential Real Estate Broker Job in Salt Lake City, Utah US

We are seeking an individual with the ability to recruit, train, coach and manage sales agents and staff to meet overall regional sales goals.
Our agents receive company-generated leads and are able to significantly increase their productivity and transaction volume.
This position will include a highly competitive compensation plan, along with an excellent benefits package.
Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and managing a stellar team of real estate sales associates who will focus on converting company-generated and self-generated leads.
The position will be based in our Salt Lake City, UT regional office and will require some travel throughout the state of Utah.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all daily business activities for the market.
Oversee the recruitment, training, coaching and management of all sales agents and the management of support staff.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
Skills / Knowledge Requirements: Professional Knowledge: Significant residential real estate market knowledge.
Proven success in recruiting, training, coaching and managing sales agents and growing at least one real estate sales office.
Communications / Management: Highly motivated and ambitious leader with strong communication skills.
Education / Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of residential real estate agents in the State of Utah.
Utah Real Estate Broker License required.
Bachelors degree preferred.If you are an internal applicant, you must be employed by Tree.com for at least 6 months to be considered for this position.
An exception may be made if deemed necessary and approved by your supervisor and Human Resources.
