Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations the Manager of Marketing Lead Programs is the key owner of our 'lead generation' efforts within the general markets business unit.
This referenced manager will create and drive lead generation efforts by interacting with our GMBU leadership team, sales representatives, product marketers, etc. to ensure success with these efforts!Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to run the lead generation machine of GMBU MarketingQuantify and define lead goals for marketing initiatives; determine if projected outcomes are sufficient to support pipeline development and sales goalsLead monthly lead generation and pipeline sufficiency reviews with GMBU leadershipMonitor changes in lead flow on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to proactively identify changes in trends by vehicle, team and product linePartner with Market Managers to analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on ROI, to drive adaptive strategiesManage all lead entry touch points to ensure prompt entry in the CRM, including leads generated from events in the field (tradeshows, seminars, etc)Launch all campaign lists and activities into CRM for results trackingManage the internal Employee Sales Lead program to reward employees for recommending our solutions; drive program process improvement and growthManage two full time staffExperience and Skills: Bachelors Degree in a business-related majorAgile thinker who adapts to rapid changeUnbridled curiosity and an eye for process optimizationInnate problem solving skillsExperience in data analysisAbility to multitask, prioritize and organize Sense of urgency Strong attention to detail High-level Microsoft Excel skills Aptitude for learning new programs quickly Ability to work effectively independently 2-4 years proven success in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
