We are a division of Smithfield Foods, a leading processor and marketer of processed meats in the US The John Morrell Food Group is looking for a Manager National Accounts who will work on the Walmart & Sam's business located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
The Manager National Accounts is accountable for managing the pre-established national account customers, maintaining and growing existing business as well as generating new accounts.
The Manager National Accounts interacts with category management and business development teams and has financial and volume responsibility to maintain and grow the base business within the assigned customers.
The Manager National Accounts controls all elements of the sales process within assigned customers from sales presentations, forecasting, customer business reviews to evaluations.
The position also works with customers to develop new concepts and ideas for the purpose of driving incremental volume within the account.
Interaction with all levels of National Account customer organization including but not limited to executive, purchasing, R&D, logistics and financial personnel expected.
