Manager IS Job in Dallas, Texas US
Position Summary : This position will manage staff and successfully execute projects/initiatives within the RxClaim Post Adjudicaton team.
The RxClaim Post Adjudication team is reponsible for Adjustment processing, Reverse/Resubmit processing and PDE processing.
Coordinates team or group activities through direct and indirect staff.
Directs team in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices.
Participates in budgeting and capital equipment processes and quality improvement activities for the organization.
Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing projects and programs.
Qualifications : PMP Certified a plus, Excellent communcation skills, Ability to build and maintain succesful teams and business relationships, strong influencing skills, Caremark Leadership competenciesEducation : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required, one additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
Experience : 9+ years of demonstrated excellence in application development with experience managing an application development team.
Experience managing multiple small to medium projects or major components of a large.
Thorough knowledge in own technological discipline 2-4+ years experience leading project teams effectively, meeting deliverable dates, leading a work group(s) and direct customer contact.
Experience managing customer requirements or demands
