Job Description: The Brigade Combat Team Modernization / Battle Command Mission Execution (BCTM / BCME) team expects to continue to receive program Change Requests at a high rate.

The Change Manager, reporting to the Program Manager, will lead the generation of those responses and the formal proposal generation, when required.

Other responsibilities of this position include capital budget management and program-level planning and execution in support of the BCTM / BCME program office.

With guidance from BCTM / BCME Program Manager, in partnership with customer, and with the support of BCTM / BCME Program' technical leadership, the selected individual will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of proposal planning, development, and delivery for individual pursuits.

The selected individual will collaborate with the Boeing and technical community to influence, refine, and apply the Technical Roadmap to a) Meet Customer Mission Objectives; and b) Leverage RTN investment to the greatest extent possible in proposal submissions.

The successful candidate will also be required to interface at senior levels within the Integrated Command Systems community to understand needs, identify gaps and develop solutions based on RTN/C2S/ICS capabilities and discriminators.

In addition, the selected individual should also expect to: Provide proposal planning, development, and delivery leadership in support of our business growth objectives.

Lead the change management and proposal administration and all change management related activities in stakeholder identification, learning strategies, communication planning, and measurable acceptance.

Facilitate collaboration within the teams to achieve mission assurance of the enterprise solution.

Participate in and lead Gate reviews.

Participate in annual strategic plan development; Required Skills : Effective leadership skills Knowledge of and experience with using IPDS (Integrated Product Development System) processes Effective communication/presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated team building and collaboration abilities.

Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent EVMS Certification or equivalent Experience with use of Microsoft Project for planning Experience with Risk Management process and application to program execution and decision making Minimum of 6 years experience participating in design and development activities with 3 or more years experience in a leadership role in business, engineering or related activity including responsibilities for cost, schedule, and technical performance Desired Skills: Proven track record in changing culture through organization learning and effectiveness.

Strong people management skills and facilitating of teams Proven ability to work effectively in highly-matrixed environment Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills Successful results in leading multiple enterprise initiatives concurrently.
