General Overview: BrandWizard seeks a Manager of Project Management that has outstanding organization and management skills to manage a Project Management team.

The ideal candidate will be bright, experienced, and motivated and can work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a dedicated group of entrepreneurial types working on the cusp of new technologies in the heart of New Yorks Flatiron district.

Your primary responsibilities will include: - Provide strategic direction to the project management department (all offices) and manage 8+ project managers, including coaching, mentoring, retaining staff, and evaluating performance- Collaborate with other department heads to develop strategy and implement efficiencies, improvements, and best practices.

- Responsible for improving efficiencies and lowering costs related to our engagements with major clients with an eye toward maintaining and improving profit margins without sacrificing the quality of outcomes for the client.

- Work with New Business, Software Engineering, and Product Development teams to assign work to Project Management staff according to capacity, experience and skill set.- Manage resourcing, timelines, and budgets, and run weekly resource meetings to ensure staffing plans are abreast with business realities- Quality control on account management and process- Partner with Manager of Software Engineering to ensure collaboration between teams and efficient/effective operations- Monitor realization of projects and follow up on anomalies- Manage staffing requests from other IB offices- Regular PM dutieso Working as a member of a team on web-based software projects from conception through delivery o Working directly with clients and the BrandWizard team to set clear objectives, which generate into specific tasks and parameters to complete your projects o Designing and adhering to work plans, timelines and budget estimates o Project performance and plans: managing the development life cycle including the project scope and client expectations Your qualifications should include: - Strong client and project management skills, including excellent client communication, budget tracking/management, basic accounting skills, timeline and milestone delivery skills.

- Experience managing teams of people and getting results for key objectives.

- Ability to write proposals, functional specifications, and related business documents to secure and deliver results for Fortune 500 clients.

- Ability to analyze a clients needs and requirements.

- Experience with software development projects; actual hands-on software design and software construction experience on Microsoft platform is a plus.

- Detailed oriented, excellent follow through, able to multi-task - Ability to develop presentations and participate in delivery of the presentation.

- Experience in corporate branding is a plus.
