Title: Manager, Internal Audit Reporting to: Director, Internal Audit Location: St. Peters, Missouri ­_______________________________________________________________________Major Function: The Internal Audit Manager will assist the Internal Audit Director in the development and execution of the annual Internal Audit Plan.

Essential Management Functions: · Participates in the development of a risk assessment aligned with the business strategy · Assists in developing the internal audit plan and schedule· Develops audit programs and plans to support all phases of the audit process· Oversees audit execution· Supervises, coaches and develops staff and leads people in productive teamwork· Supports the Director in certain administrative capacities such as the departmental budget, training programs, and performance appraisals Additional Responsibilities: · Works with management to solve urgent and difficult problems· Performs operational audits to identify process improvement opportunities and financial audits as required · Recommends improvements and develops action plans with business process owners to remediate audit issues and performance gaps· Partners with management to ensure execution of remediation plans· Supports management with the development and maintenance of key controls identified for Sarbanes-Oxley· Documents issues and communicates with site management· Prepares drafts of the audit reports· Participates in and provides other support, reports and analyses as requested Education / Experience: · Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Advanced certification and/or degree (MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) required.

· Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control review experience.

Prerequisites for the Job: · Seven (7) to ten (10) years total experience in public accounting or industry gained through increasingly responsible positions.

· An understanding of, and adherence to, the Auditors Code of Ethics and the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing as developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

· Willing to travel 20-30% of the time.

Preferences for the Job: · Past experience and affiliations with companies that use SAP.· In depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including documentation, testing, scoping, identification of key controls, control rationalization, and risk.

· Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management· Strong knowledge of manual and automated processes in a manufacturing environment.

· Foreign language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, or Malay) skills.

· Written, verbal and presentation skills necessary to interact effectively with senior management.
