Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis Job in Princeton 08540, New Jersey US
- Prepare and publish the following management reports.
- Monthly Management Book for senior leadership team- Pre-tax income forecast- Weekly orders report- Working capital report- Emerging markets report - Flash report- Board of Directors presentations - Assist in the development and documentation of processes for the publication of the various management reports.
- Work with Director, Corporate FP&A to develop and execute ad hoc analysis as required by business situation- Work with Corporate Human Resources team on AIP and other compensation programs to produce updates, design scenarios and other analysis as needed- Help drive clear and disciplined FP&A processes- Work closely with other members of the finance team including finance teams in the business units, accounting, treasury and tax.- Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests from the CFO, CEO, SVP Investor Relations & Strategy as required to respond to emerging business issues-Assist with various presentations for investor meetings, Board of Director meetings, and other ad-hoc presentations.
- Key relationships will include: - Segment Finance Teams - Investor Relations - Other Corporate Finance Units (Consolidations, External Reporting, Tax, Treasury) - Other areas of Tyco headquarters (HR, Operational Excellence, M&A, etc)Requirements: - 6+ years experience- Bachelors of Finance or Accounting - Experience with consolidation and external reporting processes - Strong finance and accounting understanding- Demonstrated ability to establish control and accuracy around data processes- MBA or CPA is preferred- Strong PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Hyperion requiredPersonal Characteristics: - Strong sense of natural curiosity, quick analytical skills, instinctive math skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills ability to work across boundaries- Communicator, Connector keeps all stakeholders engaged- High energy and self confidenceApply Online
