Maintenance Tech (Temporary) Job in Kansas City, Kansas US

Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group currently has an opening for a temporary, full-time maintenance technician.
This general maintenance position requires a high caliber of skill, performance, common sense, professionalism, punctuality and dependability.
The successful candidate should be resourceful, motivated, and display a positive attitude and initiative.
Qualifications/Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of commercial/apartment facility experience, including analyzing and repair of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Light janitorial and grounds experienceAssist in tile repair, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, as needed Strong verbal communications skillsStrong organization skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlinesAbility to work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects Prior make-ready and apartment building maintenance experience a plusOther duties as assigned.
Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, kneeling for extended periodsClimb ladders, stairs and work on various lifts/platformsLift and carry weight of at least 50 lbs Other: Must be available for overtime and emergency calls as neededMust have reliable transportation for use during business hours Excellent salary and benefits.
