Maintenance Director -Atria Tinton Falls Job in Tinton Falls 07753, New Jersey US - Atria
Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Atria Tinton Falls in Tinton Falls, NJ. The primary job function of the Maintenance Director is to contributing to the overall fiscal health of our Atria community through effective preventative maintenance and care of our community and equipment.
Scope of Responsibilities Include: - Repair air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.- Timely, friendly, and accurate follow-through for all work orders- Preventative maintenance- Schedule work- Manage operation and capital budgets- Keep facility in compliance with all codes, licensure, OSHA, EPA and NEPA requirements- Responsibility for Maintenance and HousekeepingQualifications: Requirements Include: - High school education or equivalent- 2+ years healthcare and/or apartment experience- EPA certification for refrigeration recovery- Current drivers license- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and climb ladder as needed- Must be available to be on-call when maintenance coverage is needed- Previous hands-on management experience- Previous experience supervising Housekeeping staffSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceAtria offers a competitive salary and benefit package including 401k and tuition reimbursement.Job Location: Tinton Falls, NJJob Number: 1449Company URL: http://www.atriaseniorliving.com Company Profile: Headquartered in Louisville, KY, Atria Senior Living Group is one of the nations largest providers of senior-living services.
