Maintenance Supervisor Job in Greer 29650, South Carolina US
ASTRA Logistics, a successful Tire and Wheel assembler has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Greer South Carolina plant.
Candidate must have a minimum AAS degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field, 5 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding equipment, (hydraulics, pneumatics) must be able to maintain all the documentation in our preventative maintenance software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)1.
Maintains Industrial Manufacturing Equipment using Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PC, and PLC Skills.
2. Troubleshoots equipment to component level.
3. Performs root-cause analysis on all equipment, initiate permanent / preventative solutions4 Maintains documentation of work performed .
5. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Take a leading role in the safety & housekeeping committee6 Actively participate in the quality improvement team7 Performs preventative and predictive maintenanc
8. Manage spare parts inventory.
EXPERIENCE: This position requires an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Equipment Technician that requires minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will utilize his / her diverse skill set that includes; Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PC, and PLC Skills.
Five years prior experience troubleshooting equipment down to the component level and performing Root-Cause analysis on equipment failures.
The technician must have entry level computer skills and be able to maintain basic computer worksheets.
