Mail Room Clerk/Administrative Support Job in Natick 01760, Massachusetts US
BBB is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mail Room Clerk/Administrative Support.
This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9:00 am 12:00 pm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing mail merges; processing outgoing mail; operate equipment such as folding machine and postage meter; sorting incoming mail; Fed-Ex and UPS envelopes & packages; travelling to and from post office using a company vehicle; filling of product orders; ordering of supplies and tracking inventory.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to prioritize work effectively and escalate as necessary; have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; be team oriented; have the ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs; have the ability to frequently stand, stoop, bend, twist, squat and to extend and raise arms above shoulder level.
