MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR Job in 03773
LAKE SUNAPEE BANK fsb the advantage of leadership MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR Southern NH Service Area Lake Sunapee Bank presents an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to be based out of our Peterborough and Milford offices.
This position will be responsible for the development of mortgage lending relationships, and for matching customers' needs with available Lake Sunapee Bank products.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
He or she will need to have demonstrable knowledge of lending policies and procedures, real estate definitions and laws, and a proven track record of success in developing effective customer and referral relationships.
A high degree of integrity, superior work ethic, and customer focus are required along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of mortgage origination experience and familiarity with the region and local communities.
