MGR PLANNING & ALLOCATION (RHQ) Job in Wayne 07470, New Jersey US
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager of Planning and Allocation develops, maintains and analyzes Department and Class Level CMFP/MFP plans while reconciling CMFP and Assortment Plans.The MOPA partners with Buyers to blend financials with strategy.
They understand and challenge the Department's performance against targets to ensure they are realistic.The MOPA works with the Buyer to develop Business and Action Plans at a Dept.
Level to help manage the business and analyze OTB daily.The MOPA owns (manage) the ordering practices, inventory plan, allocation and replenishment to optimize store sales and profitability.
They develop, maintain, analyze, and own, Merchandise Flow Plans.
They ensure consistency of analysis and tactical actions by the Planning and Allocation Coordinator.
